The GEL-CONTEND™ 6 (Extra Wide) running shoe offers excellent support and comfort for running, commuting or all-day casual-wear. The updated version of this performance running style is complemented with an extra wide fit for runners who require more width in their footwear. In this update, we've made the heel collar even softer for a silky feel against the skin. Ample cushioning comes from rearfoot GEL® technology, an AMPLIFOAM™ midsole and an OrthoLite™ sockliner. Support stems from an internal heel counter and overlays that help to hold the foot in place while the injection rubber outsole and toe reinforcement give this shoe better durability. A breathable mesh upper promotes plenty of airflow to keep your feet comfortable and happy.
